Effective brand communication with carpets
With an aim to supply customised solutions which make a difference to each client, ege took the challenge to create a customised design solution for Haworth showrooms throughout Asia Pacific. The result is a tailor-made concept that clearly communicates the Haworth identity and spirit. With design and qualities pre-specified, time and money is saved when opening new showrooms. Thus, allowing for resources to be used elsewhere.

 Standard or special – the options are endless
 As a leader in design and manufacture of office furniture and workplaces, Haworth works to create high-performance environments that unite space and behaviour. With showrooms located throughout Asia Pacific, Haworth was in need of a flooring solution that would not only reflect the identity of the Haworth brand but also radiate the passion that Haworth attaches to each of their projects.    

 At first, designer Karin An Rijlaarsdam from the Dutch interior design company Cloud-9 chose to work with ege’s Floorfashion collection, but feeling inspired by ege’s endless possibilities with custom designs, she ended up creating a design of her own instead. The design was created in close co-operation with graphical designer Vladimir Dubko.

 “Haworth is excited to work with ege as part of this initiative to bring creative and innovative carpet solutions to our clients and design partners throughout the region”, Julia Tehan says.

 New showrooms in Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore and India are already planned and more will follow, rolling out ege carpets in all of Asia Pacific.
